Catering Packages
All of our catering pacakges are listed here! Catering packages require a minimum of 15 people or we offer our full menu a la carte. Prices listed are per person unless otherwise stated.
All packages include the Fixins!
- Kaiser Rolls or Rye Bread (Pick 1 or 50/50)

- Serving Utensils
- Complimentary Sauces - Peacekeeper BBQ Sauce (Kansas City Twang) or .357 Sauce (Carolina Vinegar) *Quantities vary depending on guest count

Catering Options
Pick-up: Your order will be prepared fresh the day of your event and ready for you 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
Delivery: Your order will be prepared fresh the day of your event and delivered 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Your order will arrive hot and ready to serve. (Optional: Caterers will set-up and breakdown a buffet station or remain on-site to maintain food stations during your event *Upcharge is required). A delivery fee is added to your catering package.
On-Site: Your order will be cooked and served fresh off the smoker on site at your event location. This includes your buffet setup with chafing stations. Your food will be ready to serve 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. A delivery and onsite fee is added to your catering package.
A credit card processing fee of 3% will be added to all orders. This fee can be removed by paying with an ACH bank transfer through your invoice or with cash.
