Catering Packages
All of our catering pacakges are listed here! Catering packages require a minimum of 30 people or we offer our full menu a la carte. Prices listed are per person unless otherwise stated and include all taxes, fees and gratuities. Please note that delivery and on-site catering services will have additional charges.
All packages include the Fixins!
- Kaiser Rolls or Rye Bread (Pick 1 or 50/50)
- Sliced Onion

- Complimentary Sauces (1 free bottle per 30 persons)
- Peacekeeper BBQ Sauce (Kansas City Twang)
- .357 Sauce (Carolina Vinegar)
- Pineapple Habanero (Loaded with flavor and heat!)

Catering Options
Pick-up: Your order will be prepared fresh the day of your event and ready for you 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
Delivery: Your order will be prepared fresh the day of your event and delivered 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Your order will arrive hot and ready to serve. (Optional: Caterers will set-up and breakdown a buffet station or remain on-site to maintain food stations during your event *Upcharge is required). A delivery fee is added to your catering package.
On-Site: Your order will be cooked and served fresh off the smoker on site at your event location. This includes your buffet setup with chafing stations. Your food will be ready to serve 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. A delivery and onsite fee is added to your catering package.
